Youth and Adolescent services include group, individual, and family therapy and are designed to promote healthy decision making.
- If substance use is present, adolescents learn the risks of use and positive alternatives to cope with peer pressures and the challenges of growing up.
- In all Adolescent programs, individuals collaborate with the assessing clinician to determine what services will be best to start with at time of the initial consultation. Once enrolled, treatment is an ongoing process that can include transitions and changes based on an individual’s needs and progressions through the treatment process.
- We understand that people’s schedules require flexible options, therefore, morning, afternoon, night, and weekend groups are offered to best meet the needs of the individuals served. Assessments are provided during walk-in hours; however, accommodations may be made if special circumstances arise.
Our youth and adolescent services include:
A comprehensive, individualized, family-centered service for adolescents, 12-17, who are at risk for any issue that will impede successful transition to adulthood. The Bridge offers family-based counseling, intensive case management, and continuing care.
Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (AIOP)
An intensive and structured program for teens unable to stop use of alcohol or other drugs on their own. The program seeks to interrupt chemical use, promote healthy choices, involve the family, and assist young people in finding recovery.
Additional Notes:
- At the time of assessment, individuals will collaborate with the assessing clinician to determine what services will initially be best for their present needs.
